Job 1: Sales Manager  

  • Are you a sales leader with a proven track record?  
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.  
  • Develop and execute winning sales strategies.  
  • Secure new business through a strong “hunter” mentality.  
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior sales role or sales management.  
  • Varied successful sales experience in Utilities, Media, Advertising, Software, Technology, or Insurance sales will be a strong plus.  
  • Energy experience is a plus, but a strong track record in any sales-driven industry will be considered. B2B preferred over B2C.  

Job 2: Sales Engineer  

Do you have energy expertise?  

  • Leverage your technical knowledge to sell complex energy solutions.  
  • Understand flexibility products.  
  • Build strong relationships with clients and identify sales opportunities.  
  • Background in energy or a related field preferred; we can train the right candidate.  
  • Qualified in an instrument/electrical discipline.  

Job 3: Junior Business Developer  

Science/Engineering/Environment graduate with an ambition to excel?  

  • Learn the ropes of sales in a dynamic team environment.  
  • Prospect, qualify leads, and develop sales presentations.  
  • A hunger to learn and succeed is key.  
  • Science, Engineering, or Environmental/Sustainability degree ideal.
