Main Purpose of the Job
OakTree Power is growing, and we are looking for a Founder Associate who enjoys variety, cares about impact, and wants to help shape the future of the company. You will work closely with the founders across strategic, commercial, and operational areas, helping to build solutions that support a cleaner and more flexible electricity system.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, thoughtful, and comfortable taking initiative—someone who enjoys learning new things and contributing in meaningful ways.

Job Responsibilities

Your work will span a wide range of topics, depending on business needs and your interests. Examples include:

• Exploring new markets by conducting research, analysing opportunities, and supporting market-entry plans.
• Helping clients succeed by ensuring partners understand and benefit from our solutions.
• Identifying opportunities for growth across new customer segments, products, and expansion strategies.
• Supporting strategic projects by building processes, tools, and insights that help the business operate more effectively.
• Collaborating across the company by stepping in where needed and helping move key initiatives forward.
